Centrel is an addressable central testing system of extensive capability. Tests are run either manually or automatically under control of the users PC or panel. Each luminaire is programmed with an electronic serial number or address which is used by the interface unit for interrogation and fault diagnosis.

All results of tests are stored in the 'Logbook' for recall at a later date. An unattended test can be performed using the schedule program so long as the computer remains switched on. 'Centrel' supports and promotes safety awareness through the involvement of people who work with the testing of emergency lighting.

Improved testing procedures can show savings in maintenance costs and ensure correct system operation when required by emergency condition.
