EMEX power is an advanced range for emergency lighting applications. It is available with a wide choice of batteries with a design life up to 25 years when operated according to the recommendations of the battery manufacturer. A static inverter functions at mains voltage during both normal and emergency conditions.

Mains luminaires fitted with an electronic starter will work at full brightness in these circumstances. EMEX Power is compatible with the ‘Centrel’ addressable emergency lighting testing system.

EMEX Test is the optional innovative test facility available for both the central power system and the emergency lighting luminaires linked to it.

EMEX Power is in accord with the BS 5266 requirement for regular testing by offering centralised testing solutions from Emergi-Lite’s innovative EMEX Test facility and is also one of the first in the UK to gain Kite Mark approval to BS EN 50171
