          3–4% of its national GDP
        
        
          on infrastructure. Today,
        
        
          America spends less than
        
        
          2.5% of GDP on infra-
        
        
          structure. In order to bring
        
        
          our existing infrastructure
        
        
          up to “good condition,”
        
        
          the country needs to
        
        
          spend approximately $2.2
        
        
          trillion on infrastructure
